Say so long to address spreadsheets

If you’ve ever felt the pain of collating a mountain of addresses, you’ll be pleased to know recipients input their own on the Team Gifting Platform. As well as time-saving, this is handy for complying with GDPR rules. It’s also great at Christmas time, when your team might want to receive their gift away from home.

How the Team Gifting Platform works

Sign up and login

Creating an account takes seconds. We just need to know basic details about you and your business. 

Build your gift list

Once you’re logged in, you can start building a gift list for your team to choose from. Filter our product range by category, such as hampers, non-alcoholic drinks and bath and beauty (to name just a few!). And you can filter by price too. 

Add as many gifts as you like to the list for recipients to pick from and personalise with your company logo, an image and a note, which they’ll see when they open the gift list. 

Send your gift list

Once you’re happy with your gift list, it’s time to let your team pick their presents. There are two ways to send the list. Either send the same public link to all of your team individually or invite them via email in one go, by pasting a list of email addresses into our Platform. The latter is perfect if you have lots of giftees, with each person receiving a link that’s unique to them. 

Recipients then fill in their details, including where they’d like us to send the gift, ready for you to approve their choices. 

View the impact of your gifting

As your team selects gifts, we keep a tally of the positive impact you’re creating. Login and check your personal dashboard to see your unique impact across several social impact areas, from hours of employment for disadvantaged people to materials saved from waste.
