Conscious House is a small, female-founded brand, based in South West London creating natural and sustainable products. Every product from them has been handmade and uses ingredients and materials from trusted suppliers to help you bring more sustainable and affordable alternatives to your everyday routines.
Each product is designed with their commitment to sustainable, natural and cruelty-free living in mind.
What Inspired the Idea For Conscious House?
As true environmental nerds, we have made a lot of changes in our lives and many of these started at home. It’s far more possible now to buy products without packaging, to recycle and to compost. We’ve found one of the trickiest parts of daily life to find alternatives for is your beauty routine; so many products come in plastic bottles, full of undisclosed chemicals and un-natural ingredients. So we felt it was time for change.
Conscious House London was born from our strong opinion that what we apply to our skin, and use in our homes, should be natural – to benefit both us and the environment. We were over paying high prices for unknown concoctions claiming to fix our skin overnight and radiate stress-relieving smells throughout our homes. Concoctions that would some way or another find their way into the surrounding environment. We decided it was time to use real ingredients, natural ingredients and be a part of the community changing the way we consume.
What Do you Hope to Achieve With Conscious House?
The goal of Conscious House is to bring you natural, sustainable, organic alternatives that can replace every step of your home and beauty self-care routines. From moisturisers to bath oils to candles, you’ll be able to find everything you need here. We’ll be continually developing our products to be the very best for you and for the planet and we truly hope that you love everything as much as we do.
Aside from building your bathroom stocks and fragrancing your home, we aim to give you all the information you need to help make changes that are, again, better for you and better for the planet. Amongst other things, we’ll be blogging here about the origins of ingredients, what organic really means and tips on how to start small and make living consciously an easy lifestyle change.
