This rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. The process starts with Fairtrade sugar cane from Belize and ends in your glass with the finest tasting rum we’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking.

The sugar cane is grown using sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).

Aged in American Bourbon barrels, FAIR. Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.

They believe in treating all people fairly. Their vision has taken them all over the world to source the best ingredients for their high quality spirits.
