FAIR. Cacao Liqueur
The FAIR. Cacao Liqueur is made using organic and Fairtrade certified cocoa nibs from Peru, which are infused into the vodka base to create a rich-flavoured spirit.
A slow and progressive reduction sees Fairtrade liquid sugar, natural cocoa extract and demineralised water added to get a full and perfect harmonisation, before this liqueur is bottled in the Cognac region, France.
An intense taste of cocoa beans and dark chocolate that’s slightly sweet with a faint black pepper spice that builds in bitterness.
HOW TO MAKE A CACAO MANHATTAN:
- Pour 60ml of bourbon whiskey, 20ml of vermouth, 5ml of FAIR. cacao, 5ml of maraschino liqueur and 6 drops of chocolate bitter
- Stir all ingredients with ice
