Marilla Body Oil
Named Marilla after the Latin meaning “shining sea” this champagne-coloured elixir is the ultimate luxurious moisturiser. This body oil is light yet deeply moisturising, a year-round staple for whole-body skincare. Kukui Nut oil is a rich natural oil that keeps skin soft, supple and smelling divine, the addition of Apricot Kernel and Pomegranate Seed oils helps to take this up a level in this formulation.
Marilla has a light scent of Jasmine and Ylang Ylang with a touch of fresh lime that creates a fragrance reminiscent of a Balinese spa. It lingers on the skin enough to smell sweet but won’t overpower perfumes.
For an indirect application, you can add this oil to a bubble-free bath instead. Be sure to drip dry or pat dry to get the full benefits of the product.
How to: Ideal for use all over the body, for direct skin application you can slowly pour a small amount into the palm of your hand and then apply to desired skin area, massaging into the skin until a light sheen remains. You can leave it to sink in from here.
For bath use, pour a generous amount into plain bath water before sitting and soaking. Drip or pat dry to gain maximum moisture from the oil.

Skin Science
The main ingredient in this delicious Body Oil is Kukui Nut oil. It is a fairly unique vegetable oil due to its high level of the essential fatty acids linoleic (Omega-6) and a-linolenic (Omega-3). Omega-3 and Omega-6 oils work immediately on application to reduce trans-epidermal water loss (moisture releasing through the top layers of skin) this helps to improve skin elasticity, and enhance the formation of anti-inflammatory metabolites.
Taking Care
Keep out of direct sunlight; keeping in a cupboard or basket away from any light will help maintain the longevity of your oil. If any irritation occurs, stop using immediately.
