Jenerous is a social enterprise business, set up to support people and communities in India, through the production and sale of ethical clothing. Jenerous is registered as a Not-For-Profit organisation, called a CIC (Community Interest Company). At Jenerous they believe in looking after the people in their supply chain and treating everyone with a fairness and respect they deserve. They do this by working with with Fairtrade and ethical suppliers across India, ensuring that the people that make our clothing are paid fairly and have safe working conditions. As their brand name suggests we are all about giving back from our sales and we give back from every purchase to support our team in India and donate to charity projects. They believe in equality and offering training and work opportunities that empower women and people from low socio-economic backgrounds. They would like to increase our social impact as we continue to grow as a business and gain formal accreditation that supports our ethics.
