Delivery

Deliveries are made using one of our preferred carriers including DPD or Royal Mail and usually arrive in 2-3 working days.

If you're ordering a gift for a specific day, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment and pre-selecting the date you'd like the gift to arrive when checking out.

All delivery prices quoted are for delivery to UK mainland addresses. For delivery outside of these areas, please contact us.

Substitutions

All gifts are fully itemised online. We make every effort to supply the items listed. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value.

VAT and Duty

All prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing at publication. We reserve the right to amend prices according to changes in VAT duty. Not every item in a hamper is subject to VAT and therefore hamper may not incur a standard VAT rate of 20%.
