Premium single estate Darjeeling tea

This is a high altitude tea from one of the premium tea estates in Darjeeling.

The second flush Darjeeling tea, popularly known as Summer tea is tea that is harvested in the summer months of May and June. The leaf of this tea is coppery brown with silver tips, producing a bolder liquor and has stronger characteristic taste of musky muscatel grapes.

How to enjoy this tea

Steep 1tsp per cup for 3 to 4 mins in 95-100° C water. Best had without milk, but add just a spot if you must.
