Their business is built on having fair and ethical relationships with the women they work with. As well as paying a living wage, they offer opportunities for training and upskilling, especially in male-dominated skills. All this helps these talented artisans towards economic empowerment.
It also gives them the education and tools to provide for their families, which has a positive impact across their wider community. SO JUST SHOP aims to lift 250,000 women and their families out of poverty through their ethical, sustainable products.
