All too often, survivors in their position face barriers to employment. LoveWell helps break down these barriers with training, skills development and meaningful work through the making of their products. 

Trainees get fully immersed in the LoveWell biz, learning about the production line, product development, customer service, marketing and order fulfilment. Work-ready skills are also covered, from assertiveness to interview practice. By the end of the six-month programme, trainees are more confident, resilient and ready for alternative employment. 

Just as creating LoveWell products is a source of greater wellbeing and healing for their makers, they’re designed to be restorative for you too.
