Forty Hall Vineyard are London’s only commercial-scale vineyard who reinvest profits from sales of their award winning wines back into the project to enable them to deliver health and well-being benefits to their local community. The 2018 vintage of Forty Hall Vineyard's Sparkling Brut is made in the traditional Champagne method from organically grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, tended and harvested by hand by the volunteers at Forty Hall Vineyard in North London.

Forty Hall Vineyard wines are made by multi award-winning English wine maker, Will Davenport and reflect the best of low-intervention, natural English winemaking.

These melt-in-the-mouth macaroons fund the Macaroons that Make a Difference programme, which helps unemployed and disadvantaged youngsters get work experience, learn catering skills and build confidence. 

Often these young people are care leavers, who may not otherwise get their break into this competitive industry. Miss Macaroon helps them overcome their barriers and excel – in their kitchens and beyond. 

These macaroons are already amazingly tasty – but they taste all the better when you consider every bite helps to change lives.

With founder Rosie Ginday MBE bringing her fine art background into the patisserie, the macaroons look the part too. Neat and beautifully bright, precise colour matching is also a possibility thanks to their pantone system – the only one of its kind in the world. 

Flavours include strawberries and cream, tonka bean and passion fruit and mango, with vegan editions of their selection boxes available too. They also team up with fellow social enterprises to creative impressive hampers with extra impact.
