How long do the macaroons last?
Our macaroons stay fresh for seven days at ambient temperature. They can be kept in the fridge for up to seven weeks, but be sure to remove them 20 minutes before eating so they return to the ideal texture.

These melt-in-the-mouth macaroons fund the Macaroons that Make a Difference programme, which helps unemployed and disadvantaged youngsters get work experience, learn catering skills and build confidence.

With founder Rosie Ginday MBE bringing her fine art background into the patisserie, the macaroons look the part too. Neat and beautifully bright, precise colour matching is also a possibility thanks to their pantone system – the only one of its kind in the world.
