Ukuva Peri Peri Sauce is a dark chilli sauce with a spice edge and a taste of black pepper.
Peri Peri is perfect for grilled chicken and prawns. Rub a little sauce onto chicken half an hour before grilling (for prawns, grill immediately). Sprinkle a little more Peri Peri before serving with rice and a nice fresh salad.
