This oil fusion is entirely new to the retail market and packs both flavour and health benefits. Premium rapeseed oil is receiving a well-deserved boost in popularity, especially amongst those who are looking for healthier food options and sustainable provenance.

This award winning, rapeseed oil is lovingly grown from seed; harvested; traditionally cold-pressed; infused; and then bottled on a local Welsh farm.

As with all our non alcohol products, a donation to our homeless charity will be made with every purchase.

Rapeseed oil has the least amounts of saturated fats at 6% which compares favourably with other oils, including olive oil at 12%. It has both poly- and mono-unsaturated fats which are known to both decrease our circulating ‘bad fats’ and boost our ‘good fats’, respectively. Mono-unsaturated fats also control blood sugar levels. Rapeseed oil is packed with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. In fact, just one tablespoon of rapeseed oil, gives us around 1/6 of our daily total requirement! This is around 4 times the amount that olive oil contains.

Grounds for Good gives new life to used coffee grounds – transforming what was once considered waste into wellbeing products that are good for you, good for the planet and good for the community.

From candles and eye pillows to body scrubs and home accessories, the team handmakes every product in Wales, harnessing the natural benefits of repurposed coffee grounds.

The circular brand collects these spent grounds from local independent cafés, helping to divert waste from landfill, reduce the coffee houses’ high commercial waste rates and reduce methane – a greenhouse gas more than 30 times more potent than carbon dioxide. Wherever possible, they source additional ingredients locally too, favouring Welsh suppliers and always choosing natural, vegan materials.

But Grounds for Good’s impact goes beyond waste reduction. Through the Work for Good platform, a portion of profits supports Llamau – a Welsh charity tackling homelessness among young people and vulnerable women. The brand also plans to offer work placements to those with lived experience of homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives with practical skills and confidence.

With low-waste packaging and creative reuse at every turn, this is ethical self-care that turns waste into worth.
