Seed & Bean makes organic chocolate with big, bright flavours: Cornish sea salt, sweet lavender, cardamom and lemon, mandarin and ginger, and a proper dark espresso.
Every bar starts with organic, fairly traded single-origin cocoa from the Dominican Republic, and every ingredient that goes in alongside it is organic too. The flavour combinations are bold, but the recipes stay simple.
Seed & Bean was the first UK chocolate brand to wrap its bars in fully compostable packaging. The inner wrapper is a plant-based film made from eucalyptus wood pulp and the outer sleeve is recyclable paper, so nothing from your bar needs to end up in landfill.
