Christmas Hampers for Staff: The 2026 Range That Doesn't Get Regifted

Every office has one. The cupboard where last year’s gifts went to retire. A mug with a competitor’s logo on it. Four unopened notebooks. A branded tote that has never once been to a shop.

Christmas hampers for staff sit in a different category, because food and drink has one enormous advantage over everything else on the merch shelf: it gets used. Nobody has ever put a bottle of Crémant in a drawer and forgotten about it. If you drink and you HAVE left it in a drawer and forgotten about it…we are questioning certain things…

The trick is picking a Christmas hamper for your staff that says something about your company beyond “we had budget in November”. Here’s our 2026 range of hampers, what’s inside each box, and the bit most gifting guides skip: what each one funds.

What separates a good staff hamper from a tin of biscuits

A good corporate Christmas hamper has three things: products people will finish, a price that scales to your headcount, and a dietary option so nobody on the team gets handed a box they can’t eat.

Our Christmas hampers are carefully selected by our staff who have a number of years experience in social enterprise and sustainability vetting. We’ve chosen these social enterprises for their individual stories, whether it’s pretzels that donate to schoolchildren in Ghana or ethical chocolate that gives back to the farmers growing them, there’s something for everyone here at every price range to boot.

In 2025, Social Supermarket customers collectively supported 200 social enterprises, planted 2,512 trees, and diverted 6,500kg of surplus food from waste.

Christmas hampers for clients: when the box needs to do some talking

Client Christmas hampers work best when the products carry a story the recipient will repeat, which is why impact labelling matters more on client gifts than on staff gifts.

Staff already know what your company stands for. Clients are still deciding. A hamper where every item has a founder and a reason behind it gives your account manager something to say on the follow-up call that isn’t “did you get the wine”.

For key contacts, made-to-order Sea Change wine gift boxes come in ones, twos or sixes, with a choice of Crémant, Syrah Rosé, Grenache Red, Prosecco or Pinot Grigio. Every bottle donates to ocean conservation. Packaging can be branded with your logo and colours, so your brand does the talking before the cork is out. Minimum order 50.

Build your own, if none of the eight quite fits

Social Supermarket’s build-your-own hamper tool lets you pick a box, choose the products, add branding and see the cumulative impact as you build, with a minimum of 100 units per order.

Browse by category, filter by colour, tap the leaf on any product to see the good it does. Add what you want, adjust quantities, then download a PDF of your custom hamper and send it over. You’ll hear back within 12 hours.

Company Christmas hampers at scale, without the spreadsheet

Corporate hamper orders in the thousands are handled through warehousing across the UK and Europe, with live stock levels, delivery tracking, cXML catalogues, SSO and finance and CRM integration.

Equans needed 13,000 Christmas gifts worth keeping. The result was an eleven-item hamper of hand-picked food and drink, each item with a social-impact backstory, in seeded packaging that grows into flowers. The carbon from production to doorstep was crunched and offset through a UN-certified project.

Eight tonnes of Fairtrade chocolate. Ten tonnes of carbon offset. Thirteen thousand parcels, delivered on time.

Delivering over 13,000 parcels across the UK can be a challenge, but this was the smoothest delivery experience we have had to date.” –  Karolina Mikolajczyk, Procurement Manager

If addresses are the problem rather than the products, the Team Gifting Platform sends one branded link and lets recipients choose their own gift and enter their own address. No postcode chasing, no dietary guesswork.
