Toast Brewing's Grassroots Ale is the one worth explaining at the table. It is brewed with surplus bakery bread in place of malted barley, has been since 2016, and has saved over four million slices from waste while donating 100% of distributable profits to environmental charities. Sea Change's Grenache Rouge sits alongside it, warm and generous, funding marine conservation with every plastic-free bottle.
The savoury anchor is Fruits of the Forage's cider and onion chutney, 200g, made from forgotten hedgerows, abandoned orchards and surplus local crops rather than anything grown to order. Good Guys cheddar biscuits are there to take it, with Olly's green olives and Mr Filbert's Spanish tapas crisps bringing the salt. An Up Up original milk bar closes it out, 60g of milk chocolate with a supply chain traced back to the plantation in Colombia.

Substitutions
We aim to deliver what's listed, but if supply issues arise we may make like for like swaps with items of equal or greater value. Please note that packaging may vary slightly. To reduce waste, we are phasing out our previous box range, so some initial production runs may use existing stock.
VAT and Duty
Prices are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. VAT and duty vary depending on item type. Hampers may not carry a flat 20% rate, so ask us if you need a breakdown. We reserve the right to amend prices according to changes in VAT duty.
