Case study
Event merch that became a brand moment for Legl
Legl wanted giveaways that drew people to their stand and had a story behind them. So they swapped high volumes of standard freebies for a smaller range of premium merch: bamboo notebooks, branded artisan chocolate and power banks built to last.
The merch acted as a real conversation starter. People were drawn to the stand and curious to hear the story behind the products. We noticed higher footfall, more meaningful conversations and a greater number of follow-ups post-event compared to previous years.

Questions? We've got you covered
It varies by product. Most sets pair an item to decorate with the paints and a brush to do it, for example a wooden box mini artist's set with watercolours, crayons, pencils, a sharpener and eraser, a DIY wooden shape with water-based pigments, or a seasonal plaster figure with acrylic paints. Each product page lists exactly what is in the box.
Yes. Sets are decorated with your logo using pad printing, screen printing, digital and UV print, doming or laser engraving, with the method chosen to suit the item and its surface. The branding options for each set are shown on its product page.
Many are designed as children's activity kits, such as the DIY wooden shapes, painting eggs and seasonal figures. Always check the individual product page for the recommended age and any safety guidance before ordering for an event.
The sets use standard craft paints, including water-based pigments, watercolours and acrylics, rather than a certified eco formulation. The more sustainable angle in this range is the renewable wood used in many of the kits and the practical, reusable end product, so we describe each set by what it actually is rather than making a broad eco claim.
Minimum order quantities vary by product and are shown on each product page or confirmed when you request a quote. Tell us your event date and quantity and we will confirm what works.
Lead times depend on the product and the branding method, and are confirmed on the product page and at quote. If you have a fixed event or campaign date, let us know and we will check timings before you order.
Yes. The range includes Christmas kits, such as plaster Santa and tree figures and a DIY wooden Christmas tree, and an Easter wooden eggs painting set, alongside year-round artist's sets and DIY kits.

Branded painting sets for events, gifting and family days
Branded painting sets turn a creative activity into a keepsake your logo travels home on. This range covers ready-to-use paint kits and paint-your-own projects: mini artist's sets with watercolours, crayons and a brush in a wooden box, DIY wooden shapes to assemble and paint, and seasonal plaster and wooden kits for Christmas and Easter. They work well as family-day activities, children's event packs, school and charity fundraisers, and warm, hands-on corporate gifts for client families and children's charity events.
Materials and what is in the box
Most sets pair a wooden or card item with the paints and a brush to decorate it. You will find water-based pigments, watercolours, acrylics and, in the larger artist's sets, crayons and pencils alongside a sharpener and eraser. Several are wooden kits, from DIY silhouette shapes to a birdhouse, with plaster figures in some of the seasonal sets. The paints are standard craft paints rather than a certified eco formulation, so where sustainability matters most here it is the renewable wood and the keepsake the recipient paints and keeps rather than a recycled-material claim.
Branding and ordering
Sets are decorated with your logo, whether you call it promotional, custom-printed or branded, by pad printing, screen printing, digital and UV print, doming or laser engraving, depending on the item and the surface. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by product and are confirmed on each product page and at quote, so you can match them to your event date. Many sets suit smaller print runs for one-off events as well as larger campaign quantities. If you are not sure which set suits your audience or budget, ask and we will suggest options.
