Sustainable Branded Towels

The range covers sports and gym towels, beach towels, lightweight hammam towels, quick-dry travel towels and cooling towels, plus smaller guest and hand towels. Sizes run from compact gym towels up to full beach towels, so you can match the towel to the occasion, whether that is a fitness brand, a hotel or spa, an event giveaway or a summer campaign.

A large part of the range is made from recycled material rather than virgin fibre. Recycled cotton is blended into many of the sports and bath towels, lightweight and cooling towels are often made from recycled polyester (rPET) spun from used drinks bottles, and some hammam and beach lines use SEAQUAL yarn, which is recycled from marine plastic. We describe the specific material on each product rather than relying on a vague eco label.

Some are. Where a towel carries a recognised standard such as GRS (the Global Recycled Standard) or OEKO-TEX, that certification is shown on the product page. Not every line is certified, so check the individual product for the materials and any standards it holds.

Logo embroidery is the most popular choice and tends to look the most premium on a towel. Depending on the line, screen and digital transfer, screen printing and DTF transfer are also available. Full-colour edge-to-edge print suits beach and sports towels where the design covers the whole towel. The decoration methods available are shown on each product.

Towel weight is measured in grams per square metre (g/m2 or GSM): lighter weights dry faster and pack down smaller, while heavier weights feel plusher and more absorbent. This range spans light microfibre and quick-dry travel cloths through to plush 450 to 500 g/m2 cotton towels. For gym and travel, a lighter quick-dry towel works well; for a premium gift or hospitality use, a heavier cotton towel is the better fit.

Lead time depends on the towel, the branding method and the quantity, and is confirmed at quote. Embroidery and simple prints on stocked towels are usually quicker than large full-colour or fully bespoke runs.
