It depends on the design. In our range, the lower-impact options include a highlighter made from recycled milk cartons (the Bloom highlighter), an RPET highlighter, a recycled text marker, and a text marker made from wheat straw. We describe each product by its actual material rather than using a blanket eco label, so you can check exactly what it is made from.

Most are decorated by pad print, with digital and screen printing available on selected designs for fuller-colour or wrap-around branding. The print area and number of colours vary by the shape and size of the highlighter.
They are essentially the same thing. Highlighter is the more common UK term and text marker is the wording many promotional suppliers use, both meaning a wide chisel-tip pen with fluorescent or pastel ink for marking over printed text. Our range includes both single highlighters and multi-colour text markers.
Yes. As well as single-colour highlighters, the range includes multi-colour designs that hold several shades in one barrel, such as 5-colour and 4-colour highlighters, a triangular 3-colour highlighter and the TrioMarker pen. These give recipients a full set of colours in one branded item.
A highlighter pencil is a dry, wax-based pencil in highlighter colours that marks text without liquid ink or a plastic ink barrel. It will not bleed through thin paper and does not dry out, which makes it a lower-waste alternative to a standard felt-tip highlighter. We stock highlighter pencils both singly and in boxed sets.
