Green and Grounded is an award-winning independent florist and botanical studio in the heart of Sale, South Manchester. Founded by husband-and-wife team Matt and Rowan Hammond, the shop grew out of their travels through Europe and Japan, where they sought out the independent plant and lifestyle shops that inspired a venture of their own.

Alongside the shop, they run hands-on seasonal workshops, from wreath making and floral design to terrarium and kokedama building.
Sustainability runs through everything they do: plants and flowers are sourced from ethical, fair-trade growers, and the team works to use as little plastic as possible.
