Ingredients: Gluten Free White Flour Blend (flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat)), Sugar, Egg White (Egg White, food acid (E330, E331), preservative (E202), thickener (E412, E415)), Lemon (11.3%), Vegetable oil, Butter (Milk), Invert Sugar (Sugar, Lemon), Arrowroot, Glycerol, Baking Powder (raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), corn starch), Salt, Thickener (xanthan gum), Vanilla Custard Flavour (0.02%) (Monopropylene Glycol, natural flavour).

Often these young people are care leavers, who may not otherwise get their break into this competitive industry. Miss Macaroon helps them overcome their barriers and excel – in their kitchens and beyond.

With founder Rosie Ginday MBE bringing her fine art background into the patisserie, the macaroons look the part too. Neat and beautifully bright, precise colour matching is also a possibility thanks to their pantone system – the only one of its kind in the world.
