Ingredients: Gluten Free White Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Sugar, Egg White, Vegetable oil, Butter, Invert Sugar, Arrowroot, Glycerol, Baking Powder, Salt, Thickener (xanthan gum), Vanilla Custard Flavour. Individual flavours contain additional ingredients including Strawberry Paste, Lemon, Dark Chocolate, and natural flavourings.
